The VNA Foundation is a grantmaking foundation that supports community-based health services for medically underserved populations in the Chicago metropolitan area. The Foundation is seeking a qualified person with experience in the nonprofit sector in the Chicago area to fill the newly-created role of Program & Communications Associate. This year, the Foundation will make approximately 60 grants totaling $4 million to support program, general operating, and/or capacity needs at nonprofit entities addressing a variety of health needs, including preventive and responsive health care, mental health, and maternal and reproductive health.
